Our vision is to see a thriving community where youth are empowered, businesses are invested, and citizens are stakeholders to create lasting change.
This is a Generational Project
Bluff City Cares is an organization that started as an idea. Early and Pearline Garner knew that the youth needed support and direction. They chose to do what they could with what they had. Unfortunately, Pearline passed on Nov. 2023.
They chose to be the change they wanted to see! This idea is exactly what drove the creation of Bluff City Cares and its programs. Bluff City Cares is an extension of Bluff City Parties of Events with Early and Pearline's vision; Doing what we can with what we have!

Purposed Incentives Initiative Program
Purposed Incentives is a program designed to incentivize school and give students an extra push! We understand that adults are driven by incentives that give them a reason to strive in their family, professional, and other parts of life.
Next Step Mentorship Program
Next Step Mentorship is focused on training Opportunity Youth for entrepreneurship, workforce development, and community service.
This program works in tandem with our partner Bluff City Parties and Events.
Community Outreach Programs
This program focuses on connect businesses to the communities that they serve. We believe that businesses thrive when they are truly connected with the churches, schools, and organizations. We want to create the opportunity.
